Your Excellency,
The Netherlands and Portugal have also shared a common goal and common ideals. As European nations, we have always strived to maintain peace and prosperity in Europe. As such, I've come to write you about a cultural deployment in the Netherlands, most specifically in Amsterdam. The Camões Institute conducts various online and in-person courses on the Portuguese language, from basic learners to advanced users. It also promotes various cultural events within its host nation. We would like to propose opening an establishment in Amsterdam to further our cultural ties between our people.
