I write to you today to express my sincere interest in establishing a regional headquarters for POSEIDON within the great nation of Thailand. As you may know, POSEIDON is composed of highly trained and veteran special operators from France and beyond with extensive experience in military and security operations, from both the airborne and Foreign Legion.

In addition to the establishment of a regional headquarters, we would like to offer our services to the Thai armed forces. Our personnel are well-equipped and trained to handle a wide range of military and security challenges. We would be pleased to offer free training to Thai armed forces personnel, should it be required, as part of our commitment to supporting the security and defense of Thailand.

We understand the importance of upholding the highest standards of professionalism, transparency, and accountability in our operations, and we are committed to working closely with the government of Thailand to ensure that our activities are fully compliant with national and international laws and regulations.

I would be grateful for the opportunity to discuss these proposals further with you and your colleagues. We have found a nice office space for rent at roughly 59,081.04USD a year in Krung Thep Maha Nakhon, where we believe we will open office.

Dear Camille de la Fontaine,

I am honored to receive such a request from a Private Military Contractor company to establish a regional headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand. Please be aware that Thailand doesn't have PMCs operating within its border. We have never genuinely considered PMCs' presence in our country nor established laws or regulations regarding them. Thailand has a well-established, well-equipped, and well-trained military with a long history of involvement in regional and worldwide peacekeeping efforts. We have always been building and developing our capacity in our Armed Forces to meet international standards and promote peace. Given your office space costing 59,081.04 USD a year in Krung Thep Maha Nakhon, we deem that your company must have planned for the operation within Thailand and shall know our situation. For us to consider your establishment of the first PMC company in Thailand and its headquarters, we request you to send a detailed and comprehensive business model that your company seeks to operate within Thailand.

1: Registration: The POSEIDON would need to register with our appropriate government authorities in Thailand to obtain any necessary permits or licenses for conducting business within the country.
2. Legal Compliance: The POSEIDON would need to be certain that its operations complied with all Thai laws and regulations that might be relevant to the use of PMCs, as well as any applicable international laws and regulations.
3. Transparency: The POSEIDON would have to be completely transparent about all of its operations and activities in Thailand, including the funding sources, personnel, and equipment it uses.
4: Safety and Security: The POSEIDON would have to demonstrate that its activities in Thailand won't endanger the safety and security of Thai citizens or the interests of the nation.
5: Accountability: To ensure that its employees are held responsible for any legal violations, the POSEIDON must establish precise and clear mechanisms for accountability and oversight of its operations in Thailand. These mechanisms should include processes for handling complaints and grievances.

The POSEIDON would also have to describe its business model, which would include its services, costs, and target market, as well as its marketing and operational strategies. The business model should also include a detailed description of the PMC's experience and capabilities, as well as any relevant certifications, licenses, or accreditations.

If POSEIDON wants to establish a regional headquarters in Thailand, we are willing to work closely with your company. We will be waiting to review your request further.
