I'm also contacting you on the subject of a possible purshace, France as always been one of the main supplies of military equipment to our Nation and we wish to continue this partnership. We would like to enquire about buying a single Charles de Gaulle class aircraft carrier alongside a aircomplement to go with it. The de Gaulle would fit extremly well in our Navy as a core intregral part of it, helping us better secure our Atlantic Coast line and EEZ. Thank you for your well wishes and outreach, they are well appreciated and I will make sure to relay the sentiment to Her Imperial Majesty as well.

I can understand your interest in the Charles de Gaulle Class aircraft carrier as it is one of the most advanced types of its kind in the world. The ship is highly advanced and as a subject its expert is highly controlled. Unfortunately we cannot provide the sale of this vessel to anyone except close military allies of the Empire of France. However close relations with Mediterranean nations is a core objective of Her Imperial Majesty and by extension her government. While Portugal may not technically border the Mediterranean, Her Imperial Majesty considers it culturally Mediterranean. For that reason I would like to propose a meeting between ourselves to discuss relations between Portugal and France. If we are able to meet common ground in the diplomatic field, Her Imperial Majesty will gladly authorize providing Portugal with one of these vessels.
