PROJECT INFORMATION	*Artists Impression​ Cassequel Park Residential Community is residential community built on a 0.19km2 in Prenda, Central Luanda. The development comprising of 31 high rise buildings, tallest standing at 26 storeys, will provide 5,412 1-to-3-bedroom households as well as 48 ground-floor business premises. The development has 35% of the area dedicated to green space. Underground parking will be constructed to accommodate up to 1,900 vehicles, with additional above-ground on-street parking also available. All structures will feature the most modern appliances and facilities. In an initiative to rehome households currently living in the slums of the city, the households will have ownership allocated to families and individuals free of charge on a needs basis. The households will feature the most modern and update-to-date utilities and amenities in an effort to rapidly modernise Luanda's living standards. Upon completion of the development, approximately 980 new permanent jobs will be generated within the community alone.
