PROJECT INFORMATION	*Artists impression​ L1 Waters is a development of five modern apartment buildings, ranging from 10-storeys to 19-storeys, on a 17100m2 site on Luanda's lagoon. The project will provide 742 housing units. In an initiative to rehome households currently living in the slums of the city, the apartments, ranging from 1-bed to 3-bed, will have ownership allocated to families and individuals free of charge on a needs basis. The apartments will feature the most modern and update-to-date utilities and amenities in an effort to rapidly modernise Luanda's living standards.
