| PROJECT INFORMATION | Modernisation of the Chilliwack base in British Columbia to house up to 10,000 troops. Accommodation blocks, officer and NCO accommodation will be created to house these troops as well as family/maritial quarters. A new tall perimeter wall topped with barbed wire and an extensive CCTV network will be created. One large and 2 small checkpoint entry/exit points are to be created for armed security. A firing range, military police station, secure armoury, medical clinic, cookhouse, operations room, separate NCO/Officer/enlisted messes will be created. Warehouses for equipment and vehicles will also be built. A helipad for 2 helicopters will also be created inside the perimeter wall. |
