PROJECT INFORMATION | The Ministry of State Security of the People's Republic of China serves as the intelligence agency of the nation. The building complex would be built within Beijing in the Haidianzhen district, east of Kunming Lake. The building would be fenced off by its parking lot, armed security guards would be patrolling the perimeter 24/7, CCTV cameras would be set up inside and outside (accessed only to the State Security), the entrances and exits of the building would only be accessible via cards given to its employees and each (each bureau would have different key cards, only able to access their own section of the State Security building), safe rooms would be situated in each bureau of the building able to house twenty four people in each room. Furthermore, there would be an underground complex below the building, its tunnels connecting to various servers and high clearance information centers, only the highest in the Security Council and the government were allowed below the building. There would be a total of 17 bureaus, each serving their own purpose. (See Ministry of State Security for list of bureaus.) There would be technology and access to military equipment to allow the State Security to launch any sort of operation against other nations or within China itself; spying, intelligence gathering, infiltration, assassinations, counter intelligence, hacking, etc. |
