| PROJECT INFORMATION | The village of Kole Sur Lukenie, with a population of over 10,000 people and less than 100 brick buildings, is located in the remote center of the nation. It was selected as the location for the CDD's primary compound and HQ because of the difficulty to reach it and the lack of satellite interest in the region. The Compound will consist of a 32-square-mile area surrounded by fourteen-foot stone walls in every direction, all angles watched by security cameras and occasional watchtowers. The population of the town will be mostly relocated outside of the walls, the surrounding land being purchased and set aside for them. In addition to this, they will also be provided with 5,000 heads of cattle, a constant supply of seeds and fertilizers, and access to transport goods to and from the village via military and government barges, airlifts, and convoys. This will allow the village to grow under the watch of the government, who will also work their best to make the locals not only loyal but fanatics supporting the Emperor. This is however a side project. The main compound will have the following facilities: - 18,000-foot long paved airstrip (Adapted from the existing dirt "Airport") - Barracks for military personnel - High-density housing for up to 5,000 personnel on-site - Large underground chemical storage tanks - Chemical and Nuclear Lab - 6 Helicopter pads - Several large, weatherproof, armored hangers - Vehicle/Munitions manufacturing plant - Munitions lab - Underground volatile material storage - 100,000 square foot emergency bunker/shelter with reinforced doors, chemical/nuclear protection, evacuation tunnel 10 miles out, and food rations storage - River landing for barges and other riverine vessels As well as this much of the surrounding land will be purchased and will serve as a testing range for vehicles, weapons, and munitions.
