PROJECT INFORMATION | The Imperial Institution of Research & Development would be built on the Staritsky Peninsula of the Magadan Oblast, in the Sea of Okhotsk. The Institute would compose of the following facilities: An airfield with multiple hangars to hold up to twelve large aircrafts of any type along with a runway the distance of 5,600ft (1,707m) and 300ft (91.44m) wide located to the north-west of the main building. The main building of the Institute houses various facilities to test the following: firearms, engines, radars, land vehicles, and small explosives. A large area outside of the main building would be created to test aircraft decoys, large radars, large explosives, aircraft missiles, and land vehicles. From the main building would be the port where all smaller naval vessels would be tested. Further south on the peninsula would be a much large port where large vessels such as destroyers, frigates, carriers, and submarines could be tested along with any naval aircraft. Finally, off from the main building would be a smaller, but much more secure building where only the most trusted of the Imperial government and armed forces would be able to access: the laboratory. This laboratory would be used to test chemicals to use against enemies of Russia if the need would ever arise: gas, viruses, so on. All necessary safeties would be built into this building, including a total lockdown if any of these chemicals somehow escaped their testing areas. |
