| PROJECT INFORMATION |  The largest integrated hospital campus of the world, Chiang & Sloan Memorial Integrated Healthcare Campus will be constructed over a 1,400,000 m² land. Consisting of several hospitals with a total enclosed area of 1,071,000 m² and bed capacity of 3,571 and 7,000 employees (physicians, nurses, technicians, pharmacist, physical and occupational therapist, social worker, psychologist, and many healthcare employee and law enforcement personnel). It is the largest implementation of the Public Private Partnership in Taipei, Taiwan. The Project includes a main hospital, a rehabilitation hospital, a high-security psychiatric hospital, a local health authority building, hotels, shopping halls and commercial areas. The main hospital will incorporate general branches, orthopedics, neurology, cardiovascular, child, gynecology and oncology. General Features: This hospital campus has six (6) buildings with three (3) helipads. Each building will have up to 20th floor, 200 exit door for emergency situation, 50 doors to enter the hospital. Each floor of each building will protected by the Law Enforcement Agents. This hospital will have 60 slots of Ambulance, Nurses Dorms, a Trauma Level 1 center. The hospital staff will enter the hospital by using integrated eye scan to enter individual specialized rooms. Each floor will have 100 different medicine specialties to treat patients along with numerous amounts of no-smoking zone with fire alarms and extinguishers with total of 100 surgery rooms. The hospital will be open 24 hours and 7 days in a week. Motto: “A Legacy of Excellence.” Parking: The hospital campus will have 7,000 car parking spots. Helicopter Landing Spot: Three (3) any types of Helicopters can land on Chiang & Sloan Memorial Integrated Healthcare Campus. Medical Insurance Office: This hospital campus will have medical health insurance representatives will handles the medical healthcare cost and coverage. Higher income based patients will pay their insurance premium 60% and lower income patients will treat their medical condition for free. All Military & Law Enforcement Veterans will be treated in the hospital for free. Hospital Bed Capacity, Features & Estimated Number of Patients : • A General Hospital of 694 beds, • An Oncology Hospital of 550 beds • Maternity and Gynecology Hospital of 540 beds, • A Pediatrics Hospital of 508 beds, • An Orthopedic and Neurology Hospital of 478 beds, • A Cardiology Hospital of 362 beds, • A Rehabilitation Hospital of 300 beds, • A Forensic Hospital of 100 beds, • A Burn and Iodine Treatment Centre of 34 beds In addition to this, three (3) heliports, a university, a commercial center and a medical hotel for the use of the patients’ accompanies. In the Health Campus that will comprise 100 Operation Theaters and 800 Polyclinic rooms, 30,000 patients will be treated daily. |
