PROJECT INFORMATION | The Mexican International Committee, is a secret organization, comprised of 5 Cells. This project will construct the main headquarters, located approximately 10 miles west of Mexico City. The project covers the cost of the land for expansion of the 5 Cells, and the main HQ building. This project is constructed in secret, and will also include thermal cameras around a perimeter chain link fence. It will also include motion sensor scanners off the roads, to detect movement coming to the compound. The walls of the compound will be 6 inches of concrete with a 2 inch lead sheet wall between the concrete, and a titanium plated internal wall. The glass windows would be 3 inches of one way, bullet resistance glass. Security camera's would be placed throughout the compound, both inside and outside. Cameras will be able to switch from plain view, zoom in and out, infrared, and night vision. Cameras are able to record and take photos. The building will be under direct supervision of a newly appointed director. The Mexican Army will place guards on the compound until it's completion. |
