The President of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics Islam Karimov, has recently announced the Red Star Economic Improvement Plan or R.S.E.I Plan. An industrialization plan to support rapid and healthy industrialization. The plan hopes to achieve a semi self sufficient economy by the year 2006. Expanding production and Development of vital resources such as Iron, Steel, Oil, Copper, Zinc and Precious metals like Silver and Gold.
