Re-clarification of Support Ticket regarding Subi Reef being invalid in MNVerse

On Sept. 16, 2018; I raised this Support Ticket:

Centurius' Subi Reef Naval Base (https://modernnations.com/threads/peoples-liberation-army-navy.2163/#post-8106) should be invalid for the following reasons:

1. Subi Reef is a low-tide reef which is submerged most of the time (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subi_Reef) hence it's impossible for it become a naval base unless the reef is reclaimed as an artificial island (which leads me to Point # 2)

2. In RL, China started it's reclamation works on Subi Reef (to convert it as an artificial island) only during 2014. Since MNVerse starts in year 2001, this reclamation work has not happened yet.

3. Centurius' China has not started any explicitly Infrastructure Project on Subi Reef. Hence, the naval base in Subi Reef does not exist.

Now I just want to respectfully clarify what has happened to this Support Ticket and how it was resolved when Centurius is again posting in Operation Hui Long (https://modernnations.com/threads/operation-环龙-huán-lóng.1358/) that Subi Reef base exists when it should not.

Hi @Apingdaldal,

I had contacted Centurius and he made his case to me. Since there are no rules regarding military bases, whether they should go by pre-2001 or 2018, means the situation is still currently under review. The staff team will be discussing the issue and see if we can come with a suitable solution. You will be updated once we have an answer.

Since he has now left, no further action will be taken on the roleplay until we have come with a new set of rules.
