I wish to inform you that as a result of the conflict in the Congo, The Russian Empire has decided to conduct an operation and deploy a couple of vessels to the West Coast of Africa in order to evacuate our civilians from the two countries and repatriate our dead. We have decided to contact you in advance that our vessels will be passing through the English Channel and whilst operation their freedom of movement under UNCLOS, it is best to inform you in advance before there are any misunderstandings.
