I'm the CEO of Red Beacon Guild, a defense sales and construction company in Malta. We are interested in acquiring Production Licenses from the Ministry for a number of products. We would, of course, be willing to offer monetary compensation and already have a contract drawn up that we could share with you, if you are open to this prospect.
