I'm the CEO of Red Beacon Guild, a defense sales and construction company in Malta. We are interested in acquiring Production Licenses from the DoD for two products. We would, of course, be willing to offer monetary compensation and already have a contract drawn up that we could share with you, if you are open to this prospect.
