Rename Request

Hey,

So per 'Rise of the Celestial Empire' the official name of the People's Republic of China has been changed to Tiāncháo Diguo, which translates to Celestial Empire. If my forums could be renamed to Celestial Empire that would be great.

Would it also be possible to get military and government subforums? If so the PLA threads can be moved to military and Government of Heaven to government.

I have also create the two sub-forums and moved the threads into the relevant areas.
