It is requested that they are outfitted with dummy/inert warheads simulating a WMD-carrying load and self destruct charges, in order to provide a safe but realistic simulation for our new Air Defense Systems to be tested on.

In a public statement, the Argentine Republic would express its most profound concerns regarding the moment in which the Kingdom of Italy is reaching out to the international arms market to acquire Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles.

Such weapons have caused more than one war and thousands of deaths in the recent years and the current scenario of an ongoing dispute between Italy and Brazil could be interpretet as a open threat to global peace and stability.

We encourage Italy to not pursue this deal at the present time and third nations to delay the sale until things get cleared up.

The Argentine Republic was informed of the bid by ArgenDef, which happens to be the company in charge of marketing argentine missiles.
