Pat Rabbitte would call on a secure and encrypted line to the Secretary of State Office

"Hello, my name is Pat Rabbitte, I am the Minister of State for Ireland. I'm calling today to invite representatives of the United Kingdom to Brussels, Belgium to discuss an economic zone between European countries. I feel this could greatly improve the European Sphere of Influence in the world. As of right now the date is pending for this Conference, however we are attempting to see how many delegates will attend between all the European Nations."

The phone call, having passed through reception would be forwarded to the First Secretary of State, Taylor Heart which was placed via a private and encrypted line. Answering the call, he remained confined to his private office.
"Hello, pleasure to speak to you" responded Taylor, "I must admit, your invitation is appreciated and I am intrigued. Prior to making a decision, I would be interested to know who else has been invited thus far?"

"As of right now I have only invited yourself and Ukraine to this conference. I plan on inviting The Netherlands, France, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Russia, Spain and Sweden as well. I do not have a confirmed date yet on this as Belgium is the one planning this Conference. Some of the topics that will be discussed is Free Trade between European Nations, Climate, and a European Bank System."

"In that case, the United Kingdom will attend and hear the idea of an economic zone.
If you would like to let me know when a date is confirmed, we will assign an appropriate delegate to attend on behalf of the British Government.
Have you had any other countries confirm there attendance thus far?"

"I have yet to hear back from the Belgian Government. However the government has suggested doing this in Dublin. When we have a confirmed date I will let you know. Thank you for your time."

He would see if Mr. Heart had anything left to say if not he would hang up.

It was planned that more communication was to take place over the coming days to establish relations with Ireland more mainstream.
