I write you in the hopes that we may establish good relations between our two nations as Ireland sets its sights on fostering good diplomatic and economic relation with the countries of Europe and beyond. I would very much like to arrange for an in person meeting if possible as well as arrange for a separate meeting to work on a military equipment contract for the Irish Defence Force. At this time I can also state that there is interest in the Nordic Council in terms of learning from it in how it brings together nations of a shared cultural heritage.
