I welcome your correspondence and congratulate your government of their recent election to power in Romania; you are at the helm of a country that has an unworldly amount of potential but is yet to receive a government that has the sensibility to see and carry your nation into a position you can be proud of! Unfortunately the Secretary of Foreign Affairs is otherwise engaged but she has passed your email to me to open the Swedish-Romanian relationship!
