It is no secret that our two nations have had a very unstable relationship since my father's success in returning Romania into a monarchy. I, personally, am quite tired of this uneasy relationship and I wish to begin a proper relationship between Moldova and Romania and hopefully having success in Romania finally recognizing Moldova as its own sovereign nation. For this highly important diplomacy, I would like to invite you to a meeting in Bucharest where we would be able to meet in person and discuss this and perhaps work out a few decisions to bolster our relationship. Perhaps we could meet somewhere mutual such as a crossing of our borders? Maybe the crossing near Oancea or Sculeni? A meeting such as this, where Romania may finally recognize Moldova as a sovereign nation would be historically for both of our nations and I think only a meeting in person would be satisfactory. We would be more than happy to cross the border and allow you to host the meeting within the City Hall. I shall depart immediately.

Private Actions.

Three vehicles would be assembled to transport the President and his escort. One would be a simple town car, one a simple police car, and the final would be a requisitioned police van to house the x8 Special Forces Operators assigned to escort the President. In the van itself there would be x8 AKM Assault Rifles as well as x10 extra loaded magazines for the weapons. The Operators would each carry on their persons Makarov Pistols or PMs each loaded and carry x3 extra magazines. The Police Escort with two Capitol Police Officers would also carry PMs loaded with x3 extra magazines. The President's Driver and his personal Bodyguard who would be in the town car with him would also carry PMs with x3 extra magazines. The Convoy would load into their vehicles and drive towards Galați. They would inform the Romanians through private means of their armaments and vehicles. As well as personnel counts. This was to ensure a rapid border crossing. Once across the border they would head to city hall. Here only the President and his bodyguard would exit their vehicles to take part in the meeting.

Message to Moldova Secret​

Upon the confirmation of the Moldovan President arriving for a meeting at the city hall of Galați, the police of the city would blockade the city hall for all around for a total of an entire kilometer to assure that none of the citizens of the city would be able to come close to the meeting. The Romanian Royal Guards (a total of 200 guards) would be dotted around the city hall, inside and out. The guards that were in visual sight were armed with no more than Pistol md. 2000s. The ones on the roof appeared to be no more than lookouts, not visually armed, but hidden at their feet were PSL sniper rifles. Within the city hall itself, hidden in the back rooms, were more guards, these ones armed with far more heavy weaponry; PA md. 86 assault rifles, and PM md. 64 light machine guns with drum barrels. King Cristofor of Romania would be waiting on the steps of the city hall for the arrival of the President of Moldova. Upon his arrival, the King would extend his hand to him. "Thank you for coming, Mr. Dodon," he would tell him, "this meeting will be historical, for both of our nations, that I can assure you. If you would please follow me inside..." The King and his Royal Guards would lead the President and his own guards through the city hall to the room that they had prepared for the meeting. The King would signal for the President to take his seat and the King would sit across from him, where a folder with various papers was inside. Two Royal Guards stood on each side of the King and one guard stood outside the door. "Is there anything you would like before we begin the meeting? A drink perhaps? Snacks? Whatever it is, just say the word."

"I do hope so. A water would suffice. Now what history is it we shall be making?"
