Dear Minister,

There has been an error with your order for Rosoboronexport.

The GAZ Tigr and GAZ Vodniks have been mispriced. Due to this error, we are offering to produce these products at the base production price of 329,400.00 and 101,337.28 respectfully. This would leave a remaining payment of 463,500,000.00$ for the Tigrs and 147,008,880 for the Vodniks - 610,508,880.00$ in total. However, we understand if you no longer wish to carry on with your order and if that is the case, we can refund Thailand for the Tigrs and Vodniks, 441,000,000.00$ in total.
