Thank you for contacting First Choice, Mrs Rudaski. Location has always been an important factor when deciding on a new premise, which is why we chose Rotterdam for our Headquarters... Unfortunately, the new office is under construction and not readily available to us, so we're looking for a temporary space to resume our normal business operations. Before we consider any Commercial Property from Royal Estates, we need to ensure a reliable and fast Broadband service? This is essential to the success of our business.

We're interested in Citadel Towers because of the Hotel Rooms on Floors 1 - 5. You see, our Company Executives don't have permanent addresses yet so the space can provide a home and office.
Can we schedule a viewing? We tend not to make a business decision without seeing the property ourselves.

Mr. Ralph Brennan arrived at Paris Gare du Nord carrying a prepaid Premium Ticket to Rotterdam Centraal, courtesy of First Choice. He is expected to arrive within 2 Hours and 37 Minutes.
He is carrying his Luggage, a secure briefcase containing documentation on First Choice and his British Passport for identification.

Mr Ralph Brennan would safely make it past the Dutch border, with his British passport ensuring he didn't require a visa to enter the country. A representative from Royal Estates woul be awaiting his arrival at the international terminal at Rotterdam Centraal, holding up a sign in order to stand out from the crowd. Upon meeting Mr Brennan he would escort him to a waiting vehicle which would make the short trip from Rotterdam Centraal to Citadel Towers.

Upon his arrival Marian Rudaski would step forward greeting the man, "Welcome to Citadel Towers, I am Marian Rudaski President of Royal Estates. It is a pleasure to meet you today."

Furthermore we have a tram stop situated just outside named Rotterdam, Pompenburg and we are located mere minutes away from Rotterdam Centraal," she explained as she pointed in the direction of each location she had listed.

"The secure storage that was advertised is a protected area in which high value goods can be temporarily stored. We currently have 40 floors available, split into blocks of ten. The maximum accommodation is 8000, averaging at 200 people per floor."

Furthermore, Mrs. Durand will be pleased to know you're in the process of acquiring land for parking, making Royal Estates the most favourable. By my calculations, we need 21 Floors to accommodate 4,010 Local Employees, and would you confirm the Shops and Restaurants on Floors 1 to 5? The catering must meet the expectations of our Founder, Alexander who promotes healthy living. I suspect those are rented spaces managed by Third Parties, not associated with Royal Estates? And in that case, who will I need to contact to negotiate a catering contract? We would like Food to be served in our Conference Meetings on a regular schedule..."
