Greetings,
Recently the 'Empire of Japan' contacted us through our Emergency Sale Form requesting to know if they may purchase the Kuril Islands and Sakhalin south of the 50th parallel

So, we went ahead and messaged them to see how serious they were about the purchase, and discovered how serious they were as well as something else that may pertain to you given the language used.
Our terms for a sale were $30 billion as a down payment, followed by gradual payments each tax period at a fixed rate for $35 billion for a total price tag of $65 billion.
Some requirements being that Russian Citizens residing there be given a choice of duel citizenship, Japanese citizenship, or be compensated for having to resettle.
Additionally a 50 year agreement to allow us to move civilian, government, and military assets over land, sea, and air of the purchased territories. This being with the ability to purchase out of the agreement in 50 years for $10 billion.
As well as an agreement on the land being used for 'colonization' and development with stated figures for population density and growth.
Finally we asked for them to consider the following:
The establishment and reaffirmation of diplomatic missions and ties.
The establishment and reaffirmation of trade and commerce.
Discussion of foreign and internal policies as well as goal pertaining to those.
Establishment of non aggression and mutual assistance pacts.
The possibility of forming a intergovernmental military alliance in light of recent incidents
With us having said what we requested, I shall now inform you about what I figure you might find interesting.
"We are looking at acquiring these pieces of land that were stolen from us at the end of the war." - Kōji Omi
"It is our divine destiny to colonise the areas north of Honshu, including Hokkaido, Sakhalin and the Kuril Islands." - Kōji Omi
"We plan on massively colonising this area, incentivising Japanese to move in." - Kōji Omi
" there is so much land in the Russian Far East which is underutilised and can be used by Asian countries to develop " - Kōji Omi
This implies things that may be worrying for the Republic of Korea considering the history between Japan and Korea. Firstly, the Japanese seem to have reawakened their colonial and imperial ambitions. Having returned to the form of government from before the second world war. They also speak of devine destiny, another pre world war two rhetoric. These notions when mixed in with te idea that land was stolen from them at the end of the war leads me to believe they may have ambitions to reclaim former subjects such as Korea at some point.

With this in mind, I believe it is only fair that we make the same offer to you. We are willing to sell the lands that Japan has requested to the Republic of Korea.
