Public Statement |
RusAr has been informed that due to clerical errors, attributable to an erroneous international equipment licensing registry, certain products now known to be of ukranian origin - previously registered as russian property - were produced by our subsidiaries within the Argentine Republic for commercial purposes. We would like the public to know that as soon as the legal Department of RusAr noticed this unwilling mistake, the products were immediatly taken out of the offered products catalogue, all ongoing productions were halted and all orders involving said products rejected or replaced by other products. On behalf of RusAr and the subsidiary companies producing the equipment within the Argentine Republic, we would like to apologize for the inconveniences provoked to the Ukraine and their intellectual property as well as to the RusAr customers who ordered said products and that had their productions cancelled. To avoid similar issues in the future, not with RusAr since the catalogue of products we offer has now been carefuly reviewed, but with other providers, we encourage nations to review the products they have in the international equipment licensing registry to avoid this from repeating in other endeavours around the world.
