Following the transfer of funds for the production of S-400 systems, the Russian Empire's Ministry of Defense would send an encrypted fax to the Department of Defense of the United States of America.
MOST IMMEDIATE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN EMPIRE to DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA JANUARY 8TH 2000 To: Secretary John Glass From: Minister Igor Sergeyev Subject: Documentation Regarding the S-400 Anti-Air Missile Systems Russia has sent the funds to the Department of Defense of the United States of America to build the S-400 systems. This fax has been sent to offer the necessary documentation that Russia is giving the USA a temporary domestic production rights for six of these systems to be produced for the Russian Empire. Furthermore, this fax is also to give additional information regarding the S-400 system and how it should be built. Each of the six systems must be produced with the following vehicles: 1 55K6E Command Post, 1 91N6E Big Bird Acquisition Radar, 12 BAZ-64022 6x6 Truck w/5P85TE2 TELs, 12 22T6E2 Transloaders, 6 92N6E Grave Stone Radars, 12 5T58-2 Missile Transporters, 6 5T58E2 Transporter Vehicles, 6 22T6E2 Loader Vehicles, and 6 KAMAZ-4310 Fuel Tankers. Each system of these fifty vehicles will cost approximately 62,000,000.00$. The Russian Empire appreciates this service. |
