The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has decided to greatly increase it's ground forces for defense purposes, one of the key parts of Defense is Detection of the Enemy in Advance and Recon. The Spanish Republic would like to propose the Pegaso VEC-M1, as armored recon vehicle, it as already seen combat in various conflicts which each deployment being a success, its faster than other models of the same type due to its small size, and highly maneuverable, it as amphibious abilities which can be used in assaults in which the terrain is more difficult to traverse to others models. The crew is composed by five men: the commander, the gunner, the driver and two scouts. It mounts an incredible automatic 25 mm chain gun into a two-man turret alongside a coaxial 7.62 mm MG3S machine gun for other targets. It possesses countermeasures against attacks such as Six electrically fired smoke grenade launchers.

The Spanish Republic is able to sell this equipment for $424,000 which includes maintenance costs for the well being of the product.

Considering the Spanish Message to Saudi Arabia was a secret and encrypted communication, there would be no way possible, unless trough covert means, to know what was inside this email, as such the Turkish Defense and Civilian Sales couldn't possibly know that the Cobra was less $100,000 of the Spanish offer.

Unless the Turkish had manage to infiltrate the Spanish Systems there would be no way to know the Pegaso cost, however considering the Turkish Message was not encrypted in anyway or private, the Spanish Ministry of Defense would immediately, in a secret and encrypted way, take the details of that message especially from the Otokar Cobra for further analysis inside the Department of Defense encase it ever became a threat to the Spanish National Security.
