The following restrictions are imposed on all sales.
- All sales must be approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China
- Assets may not be used in the production of use of weapons of mass destruction
- The customer is responsible for any import duties or other taxes, SinoTech has been given a special exemption by the government of the People's Republic of China for any export tariffs
- Reverse engineering of assets is not authorized
- Resale without prior permission of SinoTech is not authorized
- A VAT of 15% will be applied to all sales, countries deemed friendly to the People's Republic of China will have the VAT lowered to 5% if authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Payment must be made in full upon confirmation of the order and before construction commences
