[South Korea] Video Conference to the world.

With rumor spreading of Serbian aggressive upon the Balkan states( rumor with valid evidence) the South Korean Government would begin a video conference with all world governments. All but Serbia that is. The topic would be to discuss and contain this aggressive actions. The call would be highly encrypted and secretive. It would also be recorded by the South Korean Government.

Brazilian leaders would listen to the South Korean call to the world.

The President and his cabinet would wonder why South Korea said nothing when the former French government held 30 Brazilians captive and threatened them with beheadings and then later lashed out at Brazil, effectively cutting off diplomatic ties, for taking punitive action as a last resort that resulted in zero deaths.

But now is calling out Serbian aggression?

After a short discussion, the contention amongst the Brazilian Cabinet was that South Korea has a very weak definition of what aggression is, that, or only says the buzzword "aggression" when it is politically expedient.

The President would hang up the phone, quickly break up the cabinet meeting and apologize to his ministers for wasting their time.

The Canadian Prime Minister would pick up and then immediately hang up.

"Don't waste my time."

The Egyptian President would pick up the video conference of South Korea. He would encrypt the call.

"I hope this is good, do not waste my time."

With President Obama about to meet with the Norwegians. Vice President Biden would answer the call on an encrypted line.

"Hello?"

Sergey Baburin on another line would pick up the call with the SIN in order to keep the call encrypted."Hello? What is all of this about? Who else is on this call?" he would say before switching to speaker phone though covered the receiver with his hand so voices in the room could be muffled or unheard. He awaited a response though having not hung up his other current call.

Department of Foreign Affairs' Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano would receive the videocall from the South Korean government via secured, privated, and recorded line:

"Hello. Foreign Affairs Sec. Cayetano here. How may I help you?"

A representative from the argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs would take the call on a private line and participate in the conference.

The Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs, the highest ranking Norwegian available, curiously answered the video conference call in a private and encrypted manner. Minister Jakob Vinter waited for the call began while he sipped on a glass of sparkling water.

The Foreign Minister of Èire, Gerald Monahan, would answer the call listening intently over an encrypted line in between reading The Irish Independent and enjoying a cup of Brewley's breakfast tea with milk and sugar along with a small tray of biscuits. He waited for the other side to spring to life over what seemed to be dead air.

"Well this should be interesting...." he muttered to himself.

The Director of the General Intelligence Directorate, Ngô Phú Hùng, would answer the call after recieving a briefing from the Office of Eastern European Affairs. She would await for the call to begin.

The Nigerian Vice President would take the call on a secure and private line, upon being briefed by the state department on the rumors. He would await an opening statement.
