Dear Prime Minister Bourne,

I am writing to you today as it is my understanding that the previous socialist government made contact with you to ignite relations and then left it at a standstill and then things collapsed. I am fresh out of the elections as the new Prime Minister and I would like to extend this opportunity to visit London whenever at all possible in order to reignite these talks as we see Great Britain as a wonderful friend and would like to work on our relations as we seek to apply to join the European Treaty Organization.
