Dear Prime Minister António Guterres,

I am pleased to reach out to our Portuguese neighbours and European counterparts. My country views this as one of the most important relationships that our country possesses. My country has undertaken key infrastructure projects and in the future we would like this to be undertaken in Portugal. I would like to discuss this with you in person here in Madrid and to discuss other important topics that our countries are dealing with such as trade, investment, security and defence as our countries defend the gateway to the Mediterranean Sea from state enemies and state-sponsored organisations who pose a risk to the region. I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully hosting you here in Madrid.
