Dear Minister Arrimadas,

I am delighted to hear from you so early in your governments reign in power, naturally I am wanting to develop relationships with your administration especially with the embassy as the beacon for the Swedish Department of Foreign Affairs. As you can probably expect we are incredibly busy at the embassy following the recent Spanish elections and will be unable to attend the Santa Cruz Palace however am happy to host you and your team in the Swedish Embassy, Madrid. The discussions will continue as normal but will allow for normal operation of our diplomatic mission at the same time.
