The Kingdom of Spain as launched a lottery for all nations to participate monthly (every tax week), in order to participate, nations will have to pay a entry fee of 200'000'000$ to gain a chance to win much more!
The Prize poll will increase as more nations apply to this service, where as 25% will be retained by the lottery to continue functioning. If ten Nations participate, that will be a prize pool $1'500'000'000!

More entries will always equal a bigger prize pool, and within time the entry fee may be bigger to gain bigger prizes!
The Winner will always be selected randomly and will be granted the prize within a few hours of the announcement.

Nations can enter as make entry fees as they wish up to a maximum of 5 entries per lottery, which will only increase the prize pool further yet grant you more chances to win, 2 entries will always have a better chance to win over 1 entry! The Lottery much have at least two entries to start, if the ammount is not reach all entry fees will be refunded.
