I am writing to you on behalf of the newly formed government of the Spanish State and Caudillo Emanuel Murillo. After a time of turmoil and uncertainty in Spain, we are finally united and optimistic for the future of our nation. A future which hopes to look outwards to the international community, as opposed to inwards. At this time, we are taking it as an opportunity to re-establish relationships with other nations. For this reason, we are writing to yourselves. Historically we have always had a strong friendship, especially given the great number of Spanish American's in your country.
