I'm contacting you as Vice President of Sparrow industries, as we feel that now is the time to raise an international committee for businesses and we seek endorsement from another expert, like yourselves. I have therefore been asked to approach you on behalf of the committee to see if you would consider becoming a patron of Sphere. Your response is particularly appreciated by everyone at Sparrow. The fact we have already invested so much time into Sphere is a testament to our commitment. For far too long, international businesses have been allowed to skirt their obligations to implement ethical policies and best practice. Sphere would like to build an ethical culture, starting with a clear set of values and an understanding of purpose. To do that, we must take socially responsible action for a policy that ultimately rewards such behaviour; better known as corporate social responsibility. After all, employees want to work for a company which they are proud of and customers want to use a business who act with integrity.

• Human rights; businesses must recognize their legal, moral and commercial need to get involved.
• Labour; decent work involves employment that is productive and delivers a fair income.
• Environment; improve the efficiency of energy usage and to reduce the carbon footprint of our products.
• Anti-corruption; introduce robust anti-corruption measures to protect our reputations.
• Industry innovation; focus on collaboration to enhance sustainability, resilience, diversity and adaptation.

Sparrow are committed to providing a cost-effective service to our partners and as such, we do not charge a membership fee. Instead, we give businesses the option to make voluntary contributions to the cost of maintaining this programme. After all, Sphere requires employees who need to be trained, coordinated and supported, and that all requires resources. This isn't overly important at this stage because Sparrow's financial management has helped to maximize their long-term net worth.

We intend to open communications with Strömberg International Legal Consultants, Lone Star Construction Inc and World Trade Forum, if our conversation ends well.

We would like your thoughts on the assessment criteria for businesses applying for these benefits to ensure fairness and accountability. Not just any business can join, unless they are able to carry out and sustain the initiative of this network:

• Agreeing to only trade with members of the global assembly. It's my understanding that Nexus has already introduced those measures?
• Ability to offer measurable benefits and resources to the network.
• Advocates for ethical policies, offering transparency during annual reviews undertaken by sphere.
• Participation in meetings, events and workshops designed to educate others in key policies.

The proposition you have laid out shows great promise and serves as a support network for other businesses, especially in
the crippling economic climate we are currently experiencing. The concept of Sphere certainly offers that added bonus and
naturally, we will support and offer our own resources. Reviewing this with our Financial Teams, we will be able to contribute
through the following means:

• 25% Discount on the first year for any Insurance Package.
  • After the first year, a fixed discount will take place providing a 15% discount.
• Those part of Sphere will receive an initial credit limit of $500mn with Nexus Group once an account is open with ourselves.
• During our discount periods, those in Sphere will receive additional discount benefit as a premium discount.

I hope these resources we can offer at substantal and are something you would you happy to receive. Reviewing your

We hope Sphere's innovative programmes continue to develop, reaching more businesses around the globe to join us in this exciting milestone. Dear Jon Mullens,

We have conversed extensively internally in order to come to appropriate fee levels which will see benefit to both those within Sphere as well as keeping our business afloat - historically Sparrow Industries has been one of our closest partners and we're now seeing our reputation encouraging Nexus Group to consult with our professionals for upcoming matters. This discount will drastically effect our business however we are dedicated to working closely with the ethics and values promoted by Sphere.

Our standard package flat rate for Sphere collaborators has been valued at three-hundred and fifty million dollars, which in all cases brought before a court we will seek to recuperate via compensation through the opposition plus any overheads suffered by the business, however the latter will not effect our clients. In addition, out flat rate for legal advice is a mere one-hundred million dollars.
