The Russian Federation is willing to go forward with the offer laid out by Sparrow Industries with the terms presented. However, the Russian Federation intends to secure the other 50% at a later point. This means that at first, Sparrow Industries would be in charge. This, would be a unpopular event. However, if Sparrow Industries agrees to not interfere with Russian Equipment procurement in a legally binding document then we can go forward with this. No doubt you understand the reason why we need such an agreement.

We have a highly technical facility operating out of Goole, Great Britain. The engineering team have informed us the building is integrated with the manufacturing needs for United Aircraft Corporation. We also have additional space to acclimatize components or parts received from outside prior to assembly, with special attention given to the unique requirements of Sukhoi and Mikoyan airframes. We are eager to open a corporate office in Moscow to facilitate the transfer of materials, but production will start and end in our purpose-build factories to reduce maintenance. What office space is available to us? We can commit to newbuildings, if we must.

While you're speaking with Argentina, Sparrow will have the necessary paperwork faxed to your office. This will include our letter of intent.

We have available space in the famous Kotelnicheskaya Embankment Building. I believe it would fulfill your needs for an office. However it does lack a Helicopter pad. Our coverage at this time is limited, but it is present in Moscow so choosing a location in Moscow would be beneficial to you.

Fortunately, we will not require Helicopter facilities in Moscow with the majority of employees we expect to hire living locally. As we understand, Moscow has an extensive transportation network. We're an international company, so it's important to have strong coverage, so we're able to reach out to our other overseas clientele. It's very reassuring to hear that your network, while limited, is available to us. We do require some additional information to complete our suitability checks. The interior floor, for example. What are the capacity limits? Will redesigning our office space be appropriate? And lastly, what are the annual costs associated with the office space?

We like to create a sense of collaboration and creativity, and we do that by designing large, open spaces which studies have shown to increase productivity and reduce stress. With Argentina notified of the acquisition, please allow yourself time to read through the agreement. The clause regarding access to products can be read in verse 1.3 and with your satisfaction, a signature is required. While we're on the subject, we would like to know whether the Russian Federation has any particular assets they're interested in using for their space objectives? We intend to hire an interior design company to help us achieve our vision. Would our Permit extend to them? Business operations will commence only when the design is complete, and runs as efficiently as possible. Are there any employment laws that we must address, including processes involved in recruitment? We want to make sure our selection procedures comply with the law, as certain considerations need to be taken into account when offering employment. We may visit Russia to inspect the property and observe performance. What VISA would we need to apply for, as our executives are not Russian. Will you permit us to pay the annual fee to cover at least five (5) years?

Sparrow does not sell to Romania or their Government due to the implications with Moldova. Selling assets may lead to undesirable consequences, and a loss of human life. We recommend a period of six (6) months, which allows us time to make an informed decision regarding their intentions. We think this is a fair compromise, that will avoid damaging our future friendship with them. Please review the documentation for this clause.

We have spoken with our colleagues at Sparrow investments given your dire financial situation and have agreed to suspend your loan repayments. Historically, we might have considered a reduction but we have been advised against doing so because of affordability. This will be in effect for five (5) months and in this time, Russia will not accrue interest. We will review your circumstances into the new year.

We believe that combined with our super heavy lifter technologies we can get Orion off the ground. Currently we are having to temporarily scale things back, so if you have any sounding rockets or craft of a similar nature we can start there. Our facilities are now fully staffed so you are more then free to use them.

Also thank you, this will help us begin the road to recovery. It would seem that our economist was overconfident in our post Soviet Economy. However, it has taught a valuable lesson. We should be back on track well before then.

The IKONOS will be the world's first earth observation satellite available for commercial use. This is an encouraging milestone during all this uncertainty. However, as so few space agencies exist, we're not in a position to launch the product ourselves. We also require faculty-space to calibrate the satellites and evaluate their performance. With your permission, we can achieve that using local resources. In return, you can use IKONOS imagery for national security and military mapping.

Writing up a legal framework is not in our area of expertise, so we might have to contact Strömberg International for assistance. It's important that our future business operations are not impeded in anyway.

It's good to see the Russian Federation is prioritising their economy, after almost four months of turmoil caused by soaring levels of debt. Despite the huge upheaval and disruption in Europe, we've observed a 45% rise in the market, suggesting the road ahead is turning more positive. For many, this will be a time best forgotten as investors have had a similarly rough ride, although Sparrow has fared rather better. It remains to be said we're scrupulous over our relationship, and starting a positive conversation over business, that would see society benefit from our trade and investment. I'm making contact with Lonestar Construction later today to discuss our interior requirements within the Kotelnicheskaya Embankment Building.

One option for us would be to take over full-time management of the space agency temporarily. Right now, you have the specialist property expertise we need to meet our long-term needs for astronaut training, scientific research and technology demonstrations. If your agency is not-in-use, we would be eager to pay rental fees to reserve the space for commercial activities.
