I address this correspondence to the First Choice International legal department and the respective section desk managing the continuity of business and product reputation and integrity. I must inform you that all our correspondence is marked in line with the Swedish Document Classification and Security Act 1995, as required by law, and as such we send this correspondence with a security classification / encryption level which I would appreciate if you could reciprocate in order to protect potentially sensitive data exchanged.

My message to you this afternoon comes unsolicited however I as a representative of Strömberg International Legal Consultants believe there is risk to the integrity of your business that we cannot ignore.

Strömberg International Legal Consultants is a private organisation. We are the first and only international legal consultants available for use worldwide. We are unlike any other domestic law firm. Internationally acclaimed with a broad range of legal services to national and international organisations and institutions, small and medium-sized businesses, private individuals and governments. I believe our services will be of massive assistance to your own internal legal teams in regards to the following findings.

It has been brought to our attention that French Military Sales Incorporated currently publicly advertise the sale of the EuroCopter AS332 Super Puma, a military-grade aircraft manufactured by Airbus Helicopters, a subsidiary of the Airbus Group of which First Choice International is the majority and only share holder. In addition to this their website and advertisement strategy makes claim to this product as their own which, as you know, violates the reputation of your business, the product and the manufacturers. Furthermore, with reference to their 'incorporated' status, the income they are receiving from sales of this product is exclusively being received by the business owners and minimal expenses given to the investors - again, putting your name into disrepute.

There are a number of other legal shortfalls in respect to French Military Sales Incorporated (such as their advertisement of helicopters as 'Fixed Wing') which will only help your case.

In lieu of any formal arrangement between yourselves and French Military Sales Incorporated, we believe you have strong grounds for legal opposition to the sale of this product and as such would like to offer our services to your business. We will take your case from start to finish and can adapt to a business model that suits your needs.

Hopefully this very brief explanation of my correspondence encourages you to contact our offices at your earliest convenience, there are strong grounds for some real compensation to be made here.

Your response comes with open arms as we look to cooperate with First Choice International on a long-term basis and as an organisation are definitely interested in the development of a legal counsel on behalf of First Choice International. The development of an agreement is certainly at the head of conversation considering the complex and bespoke requirements for our future relationship and we would encourage an open and frank conversation regarding the terms.

In order to display our capabilities we are happy to conduct a start-to-finish legal dispute with French Military Sales Incorporated on behalf of First Choice International. Should you wish for us to continue Strömberg International Legal Consultants will represent you as our client in this case. Since the date of our original correspondence our investigation teams have gathered, collated and filed a number of exhibits which are currently being held pending a legal dispute in domestic courts.

Fees for a cross-border international case such as this are usually substantial however we're happy to discount this rate - on this occasion we will require a flat fee of $50,000,000.00, significantly lower than a case of this magnitude would usually cost. In addition to this, any court fees, jury costs and expenses will be paid for by Strömberg International Legal Consultants and we will waive the right to our usual cut of 45% of any financial receipt as a result of post-court compensation, should it get to that point. In order to provide a reliable audit trail for your organisation we have opened a bespoke case reference (SILC/002/G/95).

In response to this correspondence can you please confirm that payment has been sent which in turn grants permission for Strömberg International Legal Consultants to act for and on behalf of of First Choice International in relation to legal matters regarding First Choice International v. French Military Sales Incorporated only. Payment sent is a single, one-time payment relating to case reference SILC/002/G/95 and in no way bears any requirement for further receipt of any other payment. Strömberg International Legal Consultants waives any cut of out-of-court disposal or court-issued compensation, should there be one. There is no written, ratified formal contractual arrangement on this occasion and in lieu of such Strömberg International Legal Consultants may not use the First Choice International (FCI) branding (including house style) in any which way and will not represent themselves as the organisation, but much rather working on behalf of the organisation. This allows Strömberg International Legal Consultants to work in any way, within the confines of the law and in the interest of First Choice International's public relations, in order to resolve the current dispute.

We've sent a Payment of $50,000,000 addressed to Strömberg International Legal Consultants. Your Payment Reference is (FCI/001/B). Please keep hold of this for any future correspondence. Notwithstanding the Payment, the consensus from our Executive Division is to propose a 32% Business Cut against any Post-court Settlements. The figure initially described has been unanimously declined in favor of one more proportionate to the services you provide. We think this new Proposition is an Equal Representation for all involved, when you look at the expected growth Strömberg will gain from it's Partnership with First Choice International. Unfortunately, we will have to withdraw from Negotiations if Strömberg are unwilling to cooperate with these changes.

Furthermore, What is Strömberg's Flat Fee for Legal Representation and their Hourly Rate, respectively? And will these rates cover disbursements — Out-of-pocket expenses, such as filing fees (Etc)
In such situations where the Representation is being charged Hourly, we'd expect a Written Estimate of the time involved and advance notice if circumstances occur that will cause your Consultants to exceed his or her estimate.

I am very pleased to be writing to inform you that our ongoing legal case Strömberg International Legal Consultants (obo. First Choice International) v. French Military Sales Incorporated (obo. Government of the Republic of France) within the International Court of Justice has concluded from which we have achieved an awarded $1,600,000,000.00 in compensation for violations of international law and the recovery of legal fees, ensuring that your organisation is not at a loss as a result of this instance. This case serves as a landmark for the future of corporate law and international disputes and I am sure you'll join us in celebrating such a fantastic victory for both of our firms.

My failure to respond to your earlier correspondence was purely to allow Strömberg International Legal Consultants the chance to prove our worth to your business, which I believe we have done with our successes in the judicial system. Disputes of this type take a significant amount of time and resources for our organisation which is why I believe a slightly more complex arrangement should be made for services to your organisation. I would like to negotiate the possibility of a 35% business cut against post-court settlements that surpass the value of $1,000,000,000.00 (one billion) and a 30% business cut for any award made by means of out-of-court settlement or any post-court settlement that fails to reach the aforementioned value.

In addition to this we also have the capability to provide a retainer fee, which we will receive on a monthly basis, in exchange for administrative legal services such as ensuring the integrity of your business in the international manufacturing and sales remit. Part of this retainer fee will consist of the serving of relevant documentation to prevent losses to First Choice International and reputation damage - this retainer fee will cover all expenses due. We currently value this service at $150,000,000.00 (one hundred and fifty million) per month on an annual contract.

Rates for other services, that sit outside of the above such as contractual support etcetera will incur an additional minimal charge and will sit outside of any contractual arrangement between our organisations.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the care and concern Strömberg has shown us. I am keenly aware of the challenging circumstances your Firm has faced against the French Government, and I admire your efforts to address this injustice. We completely underestimated how competitive the process can be, and could not have managed such a successful victory without your time. You, and your Team have been indispensable. Despite our former correspondence, we would like to offer Strömberg a 35% cut of the $1,600,000,000 Settlement, which we hope will strengthen our relationship — and the underlying Personal, not Contractual Association we can gain from this.

• The Executive Board will accept the 35% Business Cut against Post-court Settlements, for all future instances.
• We are happy to accept the 30% Business Cut against any Settlement under $1,000,000,000 in value.
• First Choice will agree to pay $1,800,000,000 for 12 Continuous Months of Service, and agree to pay thereafter on an annual basis.

Moving on, First Choice are negotiating the acquisition of a Space Agency with the Chinese Authorities and require advice on the various Legal rights and Responsibilities. I understand this Service is not covered in the Retainer Fee, but this may include — Drafting, and reviewing contracts and other agreements associated with the activities of the business, and providing a Corporate Shield for our investors, as well as ourselves. This will be a significant Partnership, so I would like Strömberg to be at the forefront of these negotiations. At what cost are we to expect for your assistance?

Your message reached me safely and I can honestly say it has been a pleasure to work with and on behalf of First Choice International who, in our eyes, is a strong partner and friend of Strömberg International Legal Consultants despite our working relationship being very much in it's infancy. I have had our finance department transfer you a total of $1,040,000,000.00 as awarded by the International Court of Justice minus $560,000,000.00 you so very kindly offer despite our former agreement.

I am very happy to see we have come to a strong agreement in terms of our future collaboration. Once payment is recieved, whether you decide to pay in monthly instalments or an annual fee is your decision, we will allocate a representative to act on behalf of your organisation in legal matters - this will include but is not limited to the protection of your assets, reputation and interests. Please provide, in writing, expressed permission for Strömberg International Legal Consultants to act on behalf, and in the name of, First Choice International.

The assigned legal representative will immediately begin the review of FCI Terms & Conditions to ensure appropriate clauses are included to protect our own interests - recommendations will be submitted to you in writing.

With consideration to the substantial agreement we already have between our firms and dependant on works involved, we'd be looking a fee between $50,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00 for basic contractual drafting and review, with this we will ensure your investors and your aforementioned priority features are protected throughout the process and provide points of development to your working partners (the Chinese authorities). Obviously this is dependant on the level of work included but additional services such as this are negotiable and we are happy to significantly bounce our prices with FCI.

Dear Aimee Durand,

I am please to introduce myself as the Executive Liaison for First Choice International subject to the contractual agreement between First Choice International and Strömberg International Legal Consultants.

Following consultation with our Brand and Contract Manager we would be happy to accept a preliminary payment of $80,000,000.00 and have further costs incurred sent by means of invoice to cover the remaining balance. Naturally we agree to the terms that our invoice will include a breakdown of our services and expenses to ensure a streamlined, efficient and auditable transaction. I must stress that part of our retainer fee means we are contractually obliged to represent First Choice International in points of law irrespective of aforementioned additional services you may require; as such there is absolutely no requirement for your organisation to cover the expense of travel and accommodation whilst we for-fill such obligations.

I personally, along with some aides, will be travelling to Beijing on the next available flight to facilitate meetings with Chinese Minister of Science in regards to the opening of a space agency.
