To whom it may concern,

I write this message to all those involved in the current conflict between France and Argentina.

The conflict that has arise between France and Argentina has gotten out-of-control with no sign of easing up, the cost of human life as a result of wounding or falling ill is due to be far higher than can be seen as a 'cost of war' and we need to look as resolutions before more innocent civilians die either directly, as a result of this feud, or indirectly as a result of the destruction of hospitals, infrastructure and environmental contamination. Whilst neither party, understandably, wants to raise the white flag I would like to encourage talks - I must express that these are not talks to halt the war but much rather a table for which a mature and sensible discussion can occur between nations without fear of persecution.

Sweden has remained neutral throughout this conflict and we will remain so, as such I invite all nations involved in this conflict to Stockholm, Sweden where a structured discussion can be held. This will be mediated by a Swedish representative to prevent the outbreak of argument. I assure you that whilst you are within the borders of my country you are safe, any delegations involved will hold the expected diplomatic immunity and protection throughout their stay.

In the interest of progression, the media will not be permitted inside the discussions however the opportunity for media release will be offered at the end of talks.

Greetings Prime Minister Löfven,

In the brink of war between the Republic of Argentina and the French Republic, we at this moment ready to cease the conflict, and we cannot compensate for the loss of human life anymore. The cost of war has piled up, and both sides have burnt the bridges for a single incident. I do not and will blame the Argentine official; I blame my soldiers who lost lives because they reacted to suicide bombing.

As a president of the French Republic, I am committed to finding people to those who raged and lightened up the fire between France and Argentina. It is my utmost duty to bring these people to the International Court of Justice.

As a Commander-in-Chief of the French Armed Forces, I am raising the white flag for an immediate ceasefire. I am willing to sit down to talk with Argentinian Official to prevent the further loss of life. In the mainland French, when we were conducted operations, we have lost more than 1300 naval personnel on the sea. All of the French soldiers those who sacrificed on the sea, we will lower the French flag and provide them respect. It is very sad day for us.

I want to thank you for your support; I would like to head for Stockholm to discuss this ceasefire. I would like to confirm if Argentina forces has stand down and we would like to end this conflict as soon as possible. Please call me in my office if you have any question or concern.
