On the basis of non-attendance, the Brazilians are asked if the case can be brought forward and heard as an FTA pending reallocation?

The case is heard on the 16th and in lieu of any Brazilian representation, the judge hands down his verdict:

"On the basis of the defence failing to appear before the court and following consultation with the Supreme Court I order an warrant to be served for the arrest of President Victor Romero of the Republic of Brazil. Although this is an international dispute, there were offences to be heard against the defendant to which he failed to provide any form of representation and as a result failed to appear before any court of this land, the crime is absolute and the warrant stands despite ICJ involvement.

In respect to a further trial as a result of the failure to appear - this case will be dismissed following referral to the International Court of Justice."​

The court room is dismissed and an arrest warrant is circulated to relevant borders, checkpoints and law enforcement bodies. The Brazilians are sent a copy of the judgement.
