Dear King Albert II of Belgium,

I write to you as the incumbent King of Sweden, Carl XVI Gustaf. The recent tragic decisions of your government lead to the Sweden, and our friends and allies in the Nordic region, to being increasingly concerned about the existence of your family in what is your historically conquered realm. It is no secret that the Kingdom of Sweden is heavily invested in retaining the monarchy in Europe alongside the powers, whether ceremonial or in law, given to your family in order to maintain peace and public order.

Writings from your government and media outlets are unreliable and my government informs me that they simply cannot trust whether or not information supplied is false propaganda, used as a cover for the reality. As such, I write to you to enquire whether you have been released from imprisonment, along with your family, and returned to the throne you rightfully sit upon. Condition of the withdrawal from Belgium was on the provision that your powers, rights and civil liberties were returned. I, along with my government, are unsure whether this is the case and I write to you in the hope that you're able to reassure me that life in Belgium has somewhat returned to how it once was before the vicious, inhumane communist government ripped apart the cherished monarchy.

Dear Carl XVI Gustav,

I receieved your email early this morning and would like to thank and perhaps relieve you of this most understandable of concerns for the safety of myself and the Royal family.

For the past two months, I have lived as few monarchs have for long - house arrest. Overall, despite the inconvienence of recent attempts to relocate on the part of the revolutionary government, our treatment by the communists was surprisingly benign and uneventful in character.

I have however as of recent been ruling via the throne and am slowly trying to reverse the detrimental effects of the communist regime a task made all the more taxing by our 10 billion odd dollars in debt. Its a work in progress, to be frank but in time this gamble shall pay itself off.

My powers have been restored by The National Assembly and the Communists are dealing with splits in their movement over theoretical differences as per usual.
