To whom it may concern,

I am writing to you in extreme confidence and would appreciate it immensely if correspondence on this subject could remain at your highest possible encryption level in line with Swedish domestic law namely the Document Classification and Security Act 1995 which appends a 'TOP SECRET' classification; this subject is a matter of national security and intelligence gathering which Sparrow Industries and the Kingdom of Sweden have historically cooperated in and, with your assistance, has made Sweden the leading state in intelligence gathering worldwide.

We currently operate intelligence-gathering vessels which are quickly becoming outdated and limiting in terms of it's deployment potential. We are actively seeking replacement and understand Sparrow Industries is an incorporation of Thales whom are responsible for the design of the Dupuy-de-Lôme Intelligence Gathering Vessel which we would like to purchase and, if possible, secure an agreement similar to that of the U-2 Disclosure Agreement in order to secure Swedish interests in the future. With the agreement in mind, we are willing to echo the agreement previously made in-which we are willing to assume responsibility for any loss-of-income as a result of refusing sale of the product - if this is something you'd be willing to consider I'd be happy to have my officer create a draft.

I very much look forward to your response and hope we can continue the close working relationship between Sparrow Industries and the Kingdom of Sweden.

We apologise for the delay in communications from Sparrow industries. We have undertaken changes to our security levels to ensure we comply with your request. Myself and the Chief Executive, Alexander Smith are the only person(s) responsible for the release of government records at Sparrow. We come into contact with classified information infrequently, if at all, but when we do, they are handled with the utmost care and deliberation. This, you have already witnessed in our meeting with the United States and Great Britain.

We do have property rights to the Dupuy-de-Lôme. However, due to the complexity of her design, we do not have the capacity to construct her without the assistance of others. To best describe our situation, some of our shipyards lack the technological capabilities; we're operating with outdated machinery and computer systems. This is one of the reasons why Sparrow is searching for corporate locations to avoid falling behind on technology and suffering devastating consequences. I'm to understand that Sweden over the years have been successful in their technological front ? This might make it possible to build Dupuy-de-Lôme domestically, though not without expense.

We're open to any agreement with the Swedish Government, though a copy would be required before any signatories are made.

Thank you for your reply, I appreciate your commerce and I, as you say, have experienced first hand your careful deliberation over the complex nature of secure correspondence. We absolutely have some of the most advanced shipyards in the world and our technological capability, with the required documentation to facilitate our domestic production rights, would be capable of constructing such a marvel of recent technology. As you know intelligence ships are a show of undeniable strength and their existence worldwide is slim to none, your organisation holds one of the few.

We are open to your suggestion but hazard against how much this would cost us? After all the indefinite holding of domestic production rights would not reap much of a benefit for us as we seek to produce only three of these vessels, so we would only need to retain such licencing for the period of their construction.

Thank you for your timely response. With only three vessels of interest, Sparrow have determined a very reasonable price of $414,924,460.00, with an additional $202,487,410.00 being allocated towards domestic production. This fee covering the license up to a period ending 31st July, allowing plenty of time between now and then to establish a disclosure agreement. Should our conversation(s) continue after this date, we can extend the license at no extra cost to the Swedish Government. We believe this to be a fair offer.

I have transferred the required amounts and will expect production of these vessels to be conducted immediately. Please see attached Disclosure Agreement between only the Kingdom and Sweden and Sparrow Industries to preserve the longevity of this product - could you also please confirm with your manufacturers as to whether this product has ever been sold to another client or customer?

The attached agreement follows very closely to that as already signed for the U-2 Spyplane, of which we are a signatory.

I've received confirmation from Alexander Smith of his signatory on the attached disclosure agreement. We are also in receipt of $617,411,870.00 covering the associated costs of domestic production. We can confirm this particular vessel has not been manufactured for other state(s) or individual(s) during our time operating under Sparrow industries. The Swedish Government is the exclusive operator of the Dupuy-de-Lôme, until such a time when our agreement ends.

Would it be possible to direct me to the appropriate person(s) to discuss the tender that Sparrow recently advertised? This would save us the trouble of recontacting Sweden.

Today, shipyards have to work at an unprecedented pace to generate profits and maximize production, so expansion opportunities will be at the forefront of people's minds. As far as the Shipyard is concerned, we need to send a delegation of people to inspect the area of operations for suitability. The composition of the team will include a Naval Architect, Marine Engineer and a Coatings Expert responsible for preliminary designs to ensure everything is within satisfaction. We should arrange this at your earliest convenience.

Looking at the documentation, we must also address the financial discrepancy in the sum of $175,000,000. The original poster said $500,000,000, but this was raised to $675,000,000. Could you please confirm which of the two we are expected to pay?"

We're just glad to have Sparrow Industries pride of place in Sundsvall, Sweden. Do you have any forecast as to when construction will begin on the site?"

"Aircraft manufacturing and assembly is driven by the process, so it's important that buildings are developed to support manufacturing efficiently. Shaded aviation hangers will be built to protect all or parts of the aircraft, and will be environmentally controlled. Hangers will only house assembled aircraft, with final maintenance time dedicated to testing airworthiness. Another facility on site will for robotic coating. Automated systems allow for more uniform coating thickness as compared to manual operations. Not to mention, this reduces operating costs as these areas will be unmanned. Other buildings will cover engine installation, fuel and pressurisation tests. Assembly will be built around the ‘station’ principle. This activity will be highly automated to reduce error."

"Sparrow made contact with Lonestar Construction several weeks ago, but we've not received a response. We will try to reach them using another method to avoid anymore delays. We estimate the project(s) to be in construction for at least seven months, with two additional months dedicated to interior work. There are many ethical and practical reasons companies must be committed to being leaders in environmental space. Fortunately for Sweden, we believe it's critical that sustainability be at the core of our sourcing, production and distribution. Our Headquarters in the Netherlands was designed with natural green spaces in our endeavour to be carbon-free. The same creative approach will be taken in Sweden.

The nature of our activities make it hard to accommodate environmental policy, as we can burn billions of litres of fuel per year in testing. However, Sparrow has adopted stringent environmental controls, turning to renewable energy sources and ending weapon exports to governments with poor records in the protection of the environment. Our motto is reduce, re-use and recycle. We hope our transparency will reduce the number of green activists in doubt of our operations."
