Government of Sweden
Löfven Administration
Dear Sir/Madam,
I write to you on behalf of the Löfven Administration of the Kingdom of Sweden; I am the Secretary of Finance, head of the Department of Finance, and concerned with all financial and monetary matters relating to the government including the management of several agencies subsidiary to my department. Part of my role includes the appropriate delivery of government monies to the appropriate locations according to law and local requirement, hence this correspondence.
Following the receipt of our monthly expenditure report we have identified a trend of unauthorised transactions being withdrawn from the public purse which has naturally prompted an investigation into the origin of our losses. To date we are unable to specify the exact point these losses were incurred however we have identified that this expenditure has been classified, by the Global Bank, as having been a 2% deduction for research and development facilities. Sweden, at present, does not and has never operate a research and development facility nor have we collaborated in an existing facility with any other entity or government. As such this dedication is unwarranted.
Having liaised with my legal team we have considered the possible options and identified that a rebate be the most appropriate and sensible outcome to resolve this matter in a timely fashion. As such I request from you, the Global Bank, a total rebate of $3,036,507,346.03 - this takes into account the addition of South African tax income in 1999 and the lower income we received prior to this date. Our intention is to invest this money, in full, to the Republic of Thailand to assist in planned infrastructure projects which will bring in thousands of jobs, stabilise their national debt and promote intercontinental cooperation which is why I hope for a speedy recovery of our funds.
Many thanks in advance and I look forward to your response.
Regards,
Per Bolund
