But as you can see here they have been encrypted

He finally goes on, DF-21D Anti-Ship Missile System and four H6-N Bombers.

Since Fairhold did not encrypt them I guess that is public knowledge.

Connor, roleplaying Sweden is not referring to the Productions of the Sejong or the Daegu Frigates. He is referring to the Order Form you made to the South Korean Defence Page which is NOT Private, Encrypted or Secret.
The order was later accepted by 사경사 in Post #2 (Response Form #001) which was NOT Private, Encrypted or Secret.

Furthermore, Fairhold did not encrypt the Productions ordered for Brazil and therefore Sweden is able to use this information within game.
