(TS) Minister, I hope this email finds you well. In light of our nations resurgence into the geopolitical environment I wanted to reach out directly to you first given our nations history together from your support all the way back in the Cold War. I would like to discuss reopening the Embassy in Moscow and if you are open to it an Embassy of your own in Damascus. In addition we would like to begin negotiations to restart trade between our nations with us already looking for shipping vessels, Given the recent Economic Crisis I would rather come to you first to try and help provide more what economic investment we can. Lastly Minister we are in a great need of weapon system to rebuild our Armed Forces. With the threat that Israel and Iraq are to our sovereignty historically it is a priority to our nation and given our nations past reliance on Soviet/Russian equipment we feel the need to continue that arms relationship if possible.
