The call would be placed from Taipei Army Base. Upon getting green signals from NBISS, the call is fully encrypted and top secret.

The call would be marked encrypted and secret by National Bureau of Investigations and Security Services and one of the NBISS agent would give thumbs up signal to Taiwanese President to take the call. After the all procedure is complete. Taiwanese President would open up the screen.

"Hello Madame President, this is Lieutenant General Huang Kuo-Ming speaking. Under my command, our Joint Special Operation Command (JSOCOM) has captured Chilean Ambassador and Chilean Embassy staff. Our Special Operators eliminated Chilean Embassy Security Personnel and captured the High Value Target which is Chilean Ambassador and other low key embassy staff.
