Hope you are doing well and hope everything is great in the United States. My name is Hannah Quinlivan and I am representing Republic of Taiwan as State Secretary of North American Affairs. Our madame president Tsai Ing-wen has reached the historic summit between China and Taiwan, where Taiwan recognized as a nation. In the time of historic moment and glorious day, we would like to engage and establish bilateral relationship with United States. I look forward to working closely with you for advancing our bilateral and multilateral interests and contributing to create a safe and secure world, where our coming generations could live and continue to prosper peacefully.

Upon getting phone call from Secretary John Kerry, Taiwanese State Secretary of North American Affairs, Ms. Hannah Quinlivan would get a green signal from National Security Bureau & Investigation Services, the phone call would be picked up and marked the phone call TOP SECRET & ENCRYPTED.

"Hello This is Secretary Quinlivan speaking!! How are you doing Secretary Kerry? How's Everything in USA?"

"Hello Ms. Quinlivan. I do hope I am pronouncing that correctly, if not, please forgive me." There would be a moments pause, no longer than two seconds. "Everything on our end is okay, how are things in Taiwan?"

"The pronounciation of Quinlivan is correct." Hannah would chuckle and she would continue, "Taiwan is doing great. As you have heard, the People's Republic of China has recently recognized Republic of Taiwan is an independent nation. Our presidents have followed One China and One Taiwan policy. So everything has been settled. We are reaching out to United States to improve our bilateral relationship. What do you say Secretary Kerry?"
