Greetings Madame Foreign Minister,
Hope you are doing well. Let me introduce myself, my name is Joseph Wu, I am the Secretary of Foreign Affairs in Republic of Taiwan. I would like to start bilateral relationship with the Kingdom of Sweden. I would like to discuss our relationship to make it more productive. On behalf of the government of the Taiwan, I am writing this letter too you to establish the first official communication between our two nations. The call is encrypted and Secret Call. Taiwanese Mister Secretary checks the rooms to make sure no one is snooping in. He would placed two armed guard outside the room. Upon getting green signals from National Security Bureau of Investigations & Security Services, the call is full encrypted and top secret.

Margot receives the call and takes not of the encryption st the Taiwanese end, to encompass this she presses the small green button on her conference equipment which also encrypts the call end-to-end. With encryption in place she would activate her video camera.

"Great to hear Madame Foreign Minister. I am fine and thank you for asking. The reason of my call is to renew our bilateral relationships. Previous Swedes government were very friendly to us and acted as a mediator during Chinese recognition to Taiwan. We supported Sweden in various reasons and still we do. I would like to explore about your foreign policy."

“I’m glad you’re exploring possibilities with sweden, our foreign policy is evolving day-by-day and were definitely interested in ensuring we have strong diplomatic ties with our friends... although I am not fully clued up I understand that previous Swedish governments have made decisions at the detriment of our reputation internationally and this is a task I am devoted to working on.

Secretary Wu, I would like to thank you for your support on social media regarding Republic of Brazil, the information my office were given from the Swedish Ministry of Defence was worrying and I suspect an imminent threat to Sweden. The decision to move to Level 3 on the Travel Advisory was purely precautionary, I expect this to change if the Brazilian government remain hostile.”

"We always verbally altercated by Brazil saying we have hold Brazilian president in Taiwan. Plus they don't like us for various reason. The number 1 fact is during Brazil -Sweden crisis that led by previous Swedes government, We supported Sweden by politically. The reason was, Brazil says Sweden got ballistic missile and fired to Brazil, which resulted Sweden to ban Brazil not to purchase Gripens. The number 2 reason is why Taiwan supported Sweden. From day 1, my administration has banned Brazil. When China recognized us, Brazil reached out to us and seeked diplomatic solution. I knew Brazilian government will do something crazy. Our secretary of south american affairs asked them not to bring weapons and we got badmouthed and we are told to learn diplomatic skills."

Secretary Wu would drink water during this interval and would rest and then continue,

"Regardless of Brazil did, their government is dictator they have not done any elections. They are military junta. They always bully to small nation like us. I feel that Sweden has suffered like Taiwan. Anyways, Taiwan will support politically and militarily to Sweden. We would like to establish trade routes between Taiwan-Sweden."

"Well it sounds like Brazil has quite a history with us both..."

"I'm unable to comment on any particulars but I am aware the Ministry of Defence is working on the next steps to combat the Brazilian bullying attempts, what this will entail I am unsure. Moving away from the Brazilian situation I would be happy to develop trade routes between us however at this time the Swedish Merchant Navy still remains unmanned, we're currently going through a process to acquire a fleet for this to begin, I'm sure we can develop the leg work now though?"

"Brazil has showed racial comment to Taiwan and Sweden. We can't allow that from happening. We support both France and Sweden with open arms. We would like to offer refined petroleum, electronic equipments, computer parts, computers, medical and optical apparatus and plastics to Sweden. What do you have for importing?"

"We have served a formal court summons against the President for Stockholm District Court where he will account for libel."

Margot sips a small glass of water.

"We have vehicles and machinery, mineral fuels which includes oil, woods, paper, pharmaceuticals alongside iron and steel - does this suit your needs?"

"Vehicles, pharmaceuticals, paper, iron and steel would be best for Taiwan. We will submit the trade routes. Before we do submit the trade routes, which ports should use in Sweden. You can use of Port of Kaoshiung. During the difficult time, what can we do for Sweden?"

"I'm probably not in the best position to agree on trade at the moment - we do not have any vessels to export goods to Taiwan at this time. We're looking at various countries internationally but at the moment we haven't come to a final decision."
