To friends and allies of Thailand,
We are profoundly concerned about Africa's abrupt involvement in a conflict that would further devastate the already impoverished continent. We are aware that approximately 30,000 innocent civilians have died and 60,000 have been injured as a result of a horrific conflict between the Imperial State of the Congo and the Republic of the Congo. We look forward to helping Thailand's friends and allies in attaining our common objective. Given that both countries have engaged in violent combat in the past, we are worried that the war will continue to escalate. The Congolese Empire is much more than just another powerful African nation with a massive military. We wish to hold a conference in Bangkok, Thailand, to discuss potential solutions for this conflict, and we expect that our friends and allies will be present for world peace.
The Imperial State of the Congo is seen as our international partner, and we have always made compromises with them to maintain our relationship. Later on, we'll go into more depth on why such a meeting was called. Although their attack on our international airport in Bangkok a few years ago left scars, Congo and Thailand were optimistic about their future cooperation. The Congo's actions have long been of concern to Thailand, but we have chosen to disregard them in favor of our bilateral agreement.
Sweden and Congo already have some disagreement and possibly conflict involving supposedly-terrorist attacks. We are aware that calling Sweden for this meeting is a process that will prompt tension, but it is consequential to include Sweden for insight into the situation. As for Mexico and the United Kingdom, we are obligated to conserve world peace for upcoming generations.
Eventually, we extend invitations to Sweden, Mexico, and the United Kingdom to the conference in Bangkok to discuss potential resolutions to the ongoing conflict in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The delegate team should have experience in economics, diplomacy, and the military.
Sincerely
Surakiart Sathirathai

To the Russian Government,
Allow me to express my deepest condolences to your nation in light of the Imperial State of the Congo's attack on your embassy. We are saddened to learn that one of our friends and allies on the world stage has caused such devastation in your nation. While the number of civilian deaths continues to rise, we have been keeping an eye on the situation in Congo. As a partner of the Congo, Thailand is responsible for resolving this conflict, which could result in the deaths of more innocent people. To discuss how to end the conflict between the Congolese, we would like to invite your representative to the Thai Government House in Bangkok. As close friends of Congo, we have the voice to object to and advise their actions more than anyone else.
I want to emphasize that we are calling you for world peace and how to end the conflict in a civilized way. I am aware that the Russian government may harbor animosity toward the Congolese people, but we must halt causing more harm to innocent people. We want Russia to voice its objection to the Congolese action to the world as well as to hear other nations' concerns at the conference. Please let me know if you are interested in participating in this meeting.
Sincerely

To the United States Government,
Our government has always worked to foster a friendly and cooperative relationship with the US. Regrettably, this message does not constitute an invitation for our two countries to cooperate economically and culturally. Conflict among the Congolese people is severe enough to draw attention to Thailand and your nation. We are the best at understanding how many countries have undervalued the Imperial Congo since we have successfully confronted them in the past. Despite the friendship between Thailand and Congo and our legal alliance as a result of our bilateral agreement, we have been keeping an eye on Congo.
To discuss any issues and potential resolutions to the ongoing conflict, we would want to invite the United States to a conference at our Government House in Bangkok. We have invited a total of five nations. We sincerely hope that the United States will join us in this crucial effort to defend global peace for our suffering human friends in Africa. There is no doubt that the violence in the Republic of the Congo will continue to escalate, but as soon as a peaceful solution can be found, we can guarantee that no innocent people will suffer injury.
Sincerely
