Dear Chief David J. Knight,
I am honored to inform you that the Republic of Thailand is back to the Internation Court of Justice to request the Petition for review of the Judgment of 15 June 1962 in the Case concerning the Temple of Preah Vihear (Cambodia v. Thailand). I am writing to notify our preparation of a new case for the Court to resolve the dispute. We have prepared our agent and documentation, in which we will attach the electronic application and the raw ones through the mailing process. The Foreign Ministry of Thailand has included details in the below attachment.
